About the project: The client needed to improve the usability, functionality, and content value of their website. The challenge included ensuring their website met the needs of a diverse audience made up of medical students, residents, patients, and faculty. I led the client, with support from my team of designers and content strategists, in an audience profile identification exercise, in which I aligned website goals to the client’s audience segments and important content topics. I created wireframes, a “find a doctor” search function, filters, and collaborated on new and engaging content across the website’s homepage and program pages.
